Wait it was like that in the Japanese version too?
I mean the English version had the Neo-Team Plasma uniforms but I always thought the Japanese version had the original uniforms.
Heck the japanese trailer for the un-aired "Team Rocket vs Team Plasma" special included their original uniforms.
